Narendra Mairpady

Mr. Narendra Mairpady aged about 70 years retired from Indian Overseas Bank as Chairman & Managing Director completed his B.Com from Govinda DASA College from Mysore University, CAIIB from Institute of Banking, Finance Mumbai, Bachelor of Law Degree from SDM Law College, Mangalore, Karnataka, Mysore University and Doctor Letters from Hindustan University, Chennai & Kalpagam University, Coimbatore. Currently he is managing different roles such as Director and Chairman & Member of Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee and so on for different organizations and Partnered at all different organizational levels and defining and implementing HR, financial and training & development strategies aligned with organizational objectives. He established value creation and working towards implementation of strict financial measures and enhanced long-term competitiveness and growth and excellence in expanding knowledge and effectiveness of people to accomplish more successful organizational change and performance and recognized as a strategic planner with proficiency in spearheading business process re-engineering, defining continuous improvement processes and accelerating employees’ strengths and building powerful teams that can conquer any obstacles. He has track record in delivering various lecturers and training as Visiting Professors / Guest Lecturer in organizations. He is oriented professional with excellent people management skills and capabilities in managing change.
