Our Approach
At Saatvik, sustainability is embedded in our business strategy, operations, value chain and product innovation. As a solar PV module manufacturer and integrated clean energy solutions provider, we are committed to responsible growth that creates long-term value for the environment, people and all stakeholders.
Our sustainability approach is governed through Board-approved policies and an ESG Council led by the Chief Executive Officer. Our disclosures align with SEBI's Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) framework and the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC), while drawing on the GRI 2021 Standards and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, where relevant.

Sustainability Report FY 2024–25
Our inaugural Sustainability Report — prepared with reference to the GRI 2021 Standards and aligned with the SEBI BRSR framework and the UN SDGs — covers our climate action and decarbonisation roadmap, operational performance across energy, water, waste, and emissions, product lifecycle transparency including LCA and EPD disclosures, and our social impact and CSR initiatives. We will publish it annually, progressively expanding value-chain coverage.

IGBC Green Factory Building — Silver Rating
An Ambala manufacturing facility received the IGBC Green Factory Building Silver Rating from the Indian Green Building Council, part of the Confederation of Indian Industry. The rating recognises resource efficiency, environmental management and sustainable-building practices within our manufacturing operations.

ESG Rating
EcoVadis Bronze Medal
Saatvik received its first EcoVadis Bronze Medal with a score of 69/100, placing the Company in the 79th percentile globally among assessed companies. The assessment covered Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

Safety Recognition
Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award 2026
Saatvik received the Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award 2026 in the Power (Renewable) sector, recognising the Company's safety culture, governance systems and continuous improvement across its Ambala manufacturing operations.
