Having held senior leadership positions at marquee brands like Lemon Tree Hotels, KRBL, Jindal, Cosmo, and EPACK Durable, Ms. Verma seamlessly integrates legal rigour with business strategy, ensuring seamless compliance across ESG, BRSR, capital markets, and cross-border regulatory frameworks. Her expertise spans large listed entities across the FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, and agro-chemical sectors.
