(JSW JV), Hero Motors Company, Havells India, AJF (Hitachi Group), Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Auto, TVS Motor, and Asian Paints.
Throughout his career, Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj has successfully led large-scale business operations and multi-location projects, managing teams of over 7,000 employees. He has demonstrated excellence in P&L management, Strategic planning, Operational transformation, and Business expansion—turning around underperforming businesses into profitable ventures. His key functional areas include business strategy and development, greenfield and brownfield project execution, global manufacturing operational excellence, ESG management, and people development.
Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj is associated with Saatvik Green Energy Ltd as COO – Solar Operation. Vaibhav holds an MTech (Mechanical Design), MS (CMCA), and MDP (IIM Calcutta), and is a certified TPM Facilitator and Executive Coach (Hitachi Chemical).
