Mr. Manik Paul

Mr. Manik Paul is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of global and multi-industry experience in digital transformation, IT governance, and enterprise automation. He has worked with reputed organizations such as Vikram Solar, Century Plyboards, Thriveni Earth Movers, Orica Mining Services and ICI India. He successfully lead the cross-functional teams across India and the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout his career, Mr. Paul has spearheaded multi-million-dollar digital and business transformation programs that have enabled operational excellence, innovation and sustainable growth. His areas of expertise span digitalization strategy, ERP, cloud transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure modernization and process automation. He has also led global SAP and CRM rollouts, developed advanced analytics dashboards and enhanced cybersecurity resilience through the implementation of Zero-Trust frameworks.

Mr. Paul is an alumnus of NIT Jamshedpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He is a recipient of the CIO 100 and Cyber Security Leadership awards. At Saatvik Green Energy Limited, he serves as the Chief Information Officer – Information Technology, where he continues to leverage technology as a catalyst for innovation, efficiency and sustainable business performance across the Saatvik Group.
