Mr. Aman Attree

Mr. Aman Attree has over 37 years of experience in leading HR functions across organisations such as Avaada Group, Greenko Group, HPPPL, DLF Industries, Gillette JV, and BSES-Reliance. He has managed large, multi-location teams and has expertise in developing teams, organisation design, culture transformation, HR digitalisation, HR transformation, talent management, large-scale talent acquisition, and leadership hiring, with strong exposure to renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

He is currently the CHRO at Saatvik Green Energy Ltd. and also coaches leaders on engagement and cultural transformation. Aman leverages analytics and behavioural economics to drive HR strategy, organisational development, and HR transformation . He holds a B.A. (Hons.) and PGDBM from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in T&D from ISTD.
