Mr. Bhagya Hasija embodies a strong commitment to corporate governance and regulatory excellence. His journey with the organization began on April 15, 2024, as Assistant General Manager, and he was elevated to the position of Company Secretary by the Board on October 1, 2024. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2017, he combines academic prowess with practical expertise.

With over eight years in the cement sector, Mr. Hasija has mastered the complexities of secretarial compliance, navigating complex domains such as mergers and acquisitions, preferential allotments, and employee share options. His proficiency extends to key regulations, including the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI’s mandates, ensuring our organization remains aligned with industry standards. Prior to his current role, he sharpened his skills at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited and HeidelbergCement India Limited.
