Pre-requisite:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 sales experience
  • 2 year industry experience (solar or related products
REQUIRE
  • Appointment of distributors as per company rules.
  • Day to day supervision of distributors.
  • Retention of distributors.
  • Training and handling of retailers/dealers to improve performance.
  • Making sure the product is available at maximum locations at all times.
  • Ensuring distributors' productivity.
